Purchase Order Changes (New Logo - General Terms & Conditions)
1. The new Rutgers Logo has been added to all RIAS purchase orders - Blanket, Internal, Quick & Regular
2. The General Terms & Conditions will no longer be attached to and printed with the RIAS purchase orders listed above. If requested by a supplier, these terms & conditions are available on the Purchasing Website under Information for Suppliers.
The following statement has been added to the purchase orders (Except IPO's) advising suppliers of their location and although not attached to the purchase order, are part of the Purchase Agreement.
"Acceptance of the Purchase Agreement is expressly contingent on acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed on the Rutgers Purchasing website which are hereby incorporated by reference. The general terms and conditions of purchase of services and merchandise are provided at http://purchasing.rutgers.edu . These are an integral part of the purchase agreement and may not be altered or modified."

New Form added:
The Request for Competitive Bid Waiver (.doc) Form (dated January 22, 2007) has been added to the RIAS Forms Respository . This form replaces the Sole Source Justification and must be used for purchases to waive the competitive bid process. See University Purchasing Policy 20.1.11. The previous Sole Source Justification letter will no longer be accepted.

The Consultant Agreement Checklist (RCIPS) (.doc) revision date January 30, 2007 must be used. The Travel and Expense Report (TABER) (.doc) revision date January 17, 2007
