Learning resources were created for Rutgers employees with the purpose of developing skills necessary for the successful implementation and use of the RIAS system. Continuously improving skill and knowledge is essential for effective job performance. RIAS offers a wide variety of educational material to support employees' learning and development.

Classroom instruction is available. You can view the dates, times, and locations for these classes through the Professional Development Program website.

Online instruction offers employees an easy way to learn to use the RIAS application online or provide a refresher on a specific task employees perform infrequently.

Learning resources documentation including user guides, quick guides (snap shots of specific topics from the user guides) and reference material, has been created to support both classroom and online instruction.
