The second major RIAS Procure-to-Pay application upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday December 12, 2007. It is important to note that this upgrade will take five (5) days to complete and therefore the RIAS Procure-to-Pay system will be unavailable from Wednesday December 12, 2007 through Sunday December 16, 2007.

All sign on to the RIAS Procure-to-Pay application will be disabled and no attempt to sign on should be made during this period and until a listserv announcement is sent advising the system is available for your use.
